Overview
Accurate and consistent documentation is one of the most critical — yet often misunderstood — aspects of effective employee management. Poor or inconsistent records can expose an organization to serious legal risks, while clear and factual documentation can protect both the employer and employees.
This session will guide HR professionals, supervisors, and managers through the essential do’s and don’ts of documenting employee performance, behavior, and disciplinary actions. Attendees will learn how to create documentation that is factual, fair, compliant, and defensible in case of disputes or audits.
