All DeepSkillPro products are delivered instantly once payment is successfully confirmed.

  • Live webinar access activated immediately after purchase confirmation
  • Recorded webinars added to your dashboard within minutes
  • Certificates issued digitally upon webinar completion
  • Confirmation emails and access instructions sent automatically

How to Access Your Purchase:

  • Log in to your DeepSkillPro account
  • Open “My Orders” or “My Enrollments”
  • Select your purchased webinar to start learning
  • Download certificates from “My Certificates”

2. No Physical Shipping

DeepSkillPro does not ship any physical products. Every service is delivered digitally through your account.

3. Access Issues & Support

Common Troubleshooting Steps:

4. Returns & Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on webinar type, content access status, and cancellation timing.

  • Recorded webinars not yet accessed may qualify for full refunds within 5 working days
  • Live webinar cancellations made 48+ hours before start may receive full refunds
  • Technical failures caused by our platform may qualify for refunds or credits
  • Duplicate transactions refunded after verification
  • No refunds once recorded content has been streamed or downloaded
  • No refunds for webinars already attended in full or partially

5. Cancellations

Webinar and subscription cancellations are subject to the following terms.

  • 48+ hours before live webinar: full refund available
  • 24–48 hours before webinar: partial refund or webinar credit
  • Less than 24 hours before webinar: non-refundable
  • Subscription plans may be cancelled anytime from account settings
  • Subscription access continues until the end of the billing cycle
  • No cancellation fees are charged by DeepSkillPro

6. How to Request a Return

Return and refund requests must be submitted through our official support channel.

  • Email support@deepskillpro.com with subject “Return Request — Order Number”
  • Include your full name and registered email address
  • Provide the order ID or payment transaction number
  • Explain the reason for your request clearly
  • Refund requests reviewed within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days
