DeepSkillPro is committed to delivering a transparent, fair, and customer-focused experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and subscription adjustments are handled for all webinar services and digital training products.

1. Live Webinar Refunds

Refund eligibility for live webinars depends on the timing of the request and the webinar participation status.

  • Full refund available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before webinar start time
  • Full refund issued if DeepSkillPro cancels or reschedules the webinar
  • Technical issues caused by our platform may qualify for full reimbursement
  • Duplicate purchases made accidentally may be refunded within 24 hours of purchase
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the webinar
  • No refunds for no-shows or partially attended sessions

2. Recorded Webinar Refunds

Due to the digital nature of recorded webinars, refunds are limited once content access has been granted.

  • Full refund available within 5 working days if the webinar recording has not been accessed
  • No refunds after the webinar video has been streamed or downloaded
  • Technical access issues reviewed individually by our support team
  • Duplicate purchases refunded after transaction verification
  • Access problems must be reported within 24 hours of purchase

3. Subscription Plan Refunds

Subscription refunds are evaluated based on account usage and webinar access history.

  • Full refund available within 5 working days if no webinars have been accessed
  • Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds for unused time within active billing periods
  • Annual plans may qualify for prorated refunds within first 30 days
  • Subscription access remains active until the billing cycle ends

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channel with accurate order details.

  • Email support@deepskillpro.com with subject: “Refund Request — Order Number”
  • Include your full name and registered email address
  • Provide the order ID or transaction reference number
  • Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
  • Attach supporting documents if required for special circumstances
  • Our support team responds within 2 business days

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed securely through the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after approval
  • PayPal refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take longer depending on the issuing bank
  • International transactions may experience currency conversion differences
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment source

6. Special Circumstances & Exceptions

Certain exceptional situations may qualify for refunds outside standard policy guidelines.

  • Medical emergencies reviewed with valid documentation
  • Bereavement situations may qualify for full reimbursement
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events reviewed individually
  • Fraudulent transactions refunded immediately after verification
  • Abuse of refund policy may result in account restrictions
