Sustainable business growth requires more than increasing sales—it demands careful financial planning, realistic forecasting, and a clear understanding of how growth impacts cash flow and debt repayment capacity. Whether seeking financing, evaluating investment opportunities, or planning for expansion, organizations must be able to demonstrate that projected growth is both achievable and financially sustainable.
This practical webinar provides finance professionals, lenders, business owners, and financial analysts with a structured approach to projecting long-term sales growth, forecasting cash flow, and evaluating repayment ability. Participants will learn how to build realistic financial projections, assess financing needs, identify potential risks, and communicate growth strategies with confidence.
Growth projections play a critical role in business planning, lending decisions, and investment analysis. However, unrealistic assumptions, poor cash flow forecasting, or inadequate financing strategies can quickly undermine even the most promising growth plans.
